How long in advance can I start to reserve a room?
There are no rules on that.
You can reserve a room for a future date any time you want.
Is it possible for only minors to stay in your hotel?
If only minors are going to stay in our hotel, according to the supervision from relevant government department, there needs to be approval from their guardians.
It should be noted that the stay of only kids/teenagers under middle school level is not allowed.
Is it possible to get on the waiting list for the accommodation?
Sorry, we do not provide waiting list service. Please check our website for availability of rooms.
Can I choose to stay on the non-smoking floor or in rooms of high floor?
We will try our best to respond to your request. However, there is no guarantee that you will get the type of room you requested as there is a limited number of rooms.
The rooms on the high floor will have almost similar view as others as there are a lot of buildings in the surroundings.
Are there any prohibitions on the reservations?
Yes. It is prohibited to use the reservation service for profit purposes such as resale and paid mediation.
What is the check-in/check-out time?
You can check in from 15:00 and check out by 10:00. ※However, according to your accommodation plan, the check-in/check-out time may differ.
Do I need to pay extra fees if I check in before the check-in time?
There is an extra charge of 500 yen for 30 minutes per room regardless of the room type.
Please note that we may not be able to process your check-in when the housekeeping is not yet finished.
What will happen if I am late for check-in?
The front desk is open 24 hours. However, please kindly note in the remark if you are going to arrive after 22:00.

Can I extend my stay after check-out time?
Yes, you can extend your stay until 14:00 while the common check-out time is 10:00.
The check-out time is different according to your accommodation plan. The extension charge will be 500 yen for every 30 minutes per room.
Please contact the front desk if you would like to extend your stay. The request for extension may be rejected in the case of full occupancy.
Please take note that a full charge for one-night stay will be taken if you stay past 14:00.

The front desk is open 24 hours.
Is it possible to leave my luggage here before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, please ask the front desk if you would like to leave your luggage with us.
This service is limited to the guests staying only.
Please take note that we are unable to handle frozen or refrigerated goods, valuables and fragile articles.
Please take back your luggage within the day after you check out.
I want to deliver my luggage to the hotel before arriving…
The front desk will keep the luggage that belongs to the customer and pass it to him/her at the time of checking in.
However, we do not keep frozen and refrigerated goods.
To smooth the process of delivery of luggage, please write clearly your name (reservation name) and check-in date on the delivery slip.
Please take note that we do not take any responsibilities for keeping the valuables and fragile articles.

Can I send luggage home from hotel?
Yes, Kuroneko Yamato Delivery service is available at the front desks of both Main and Annex Building.
Both cash-on-delivery and prepayment services are available. Packing boxes (size 100&120), paper bags and suitcase covers can be purchased. (This service is only available for address within Japan)
How can I pay for the accommodation?
Please pay for your accommodation at the front desk when you check in. If someone other than the person staying is paying, it is required that the payment is done by the time of checking in.
The following credit cards can be used.

Do I need to pay accommodation tax?
Yes.
Accommodation tax is imposed since 1st October 2002.
・100 yen for one person paying 10,000 yen - 14,999 yen (service charge inclusive/tax exclusive) per night.
・200 yen for one person paying over 15,000 yen (service charge inclusive/tax exclusive) per night.
How much is the cancellation fee and from which day it is counted?
If you would like to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellation fee will occur for last-minute cancellations as follows.

No-show (No contact), 100% of the accommodation fee is charged. Cancellation on the intended check-in day, 80% of the accommodation fee is charged.
Cancellation on the day before the intended check-in day, 20% of the accommodation fee is charged.

Can I stay in the same room for two or more nights in a row?
Yes. Please kindly inform us at the time of reservation. It is absolutely fine to leave your luggage in your room. However, we do not take any responsibilities over the valuables.
During your consecutive stay, please move your luggage by yourself when the room is changed. You can leave your luggage at the front desk when your room is not ready but you need to leave the hotel.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
Yes. There is non-smoking floor. As there is a limited number of non-smoking rooms, please select non-smoking room when you reserve.
Are there Japanese-style rooms?
We apologize that there is none.
What room types are there?
There are Single, Superior Single, Lady’s Room, Semi-Double, Twin, Superior Twin, Double, Triple, Universal Design Room. Please refer to the accommodation page of our website.
Is there a refrigerator in the room?
Yes. All rooms have refrigerators. There is no drink inside though.
What kinds of amenities are provided in the room?
All rooms are provided with amenities below. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, towels, yukata (Main Building), nightwear(Annex Building), slippers, hair-dryer, razor, green tea. Free amenities below are available at the front desk. Brush, shower cap, bar soap, cotton swab, body sponge.
Is there dryer in the room?
Yes. All rooms have dryers.
Is there kettle in the room?
Yes. All rooms have electric kettles.
Can I walk around in yukata or nightwear and slippers?
Sorry, please do so only when you are in the room.
Do you provide extra bed?
Unfortunately, we do not.
Can I use internet in the room?
Internet is free to use for all rooms. (both Wi-Fi and LAN) Please take note that we cannot guarantee the full operation of Wi-Fi.
Can I borrow LAN cable?
Yes, you can borrow LAN cable from the front desk for free.
Can I borrow a cell phone charger?
Yes, you can borrow cell phone charger from the front desk for free.
How is the housekeeping arranged?
Usually, rooms are cleaned from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The rooms of the customers who stay long are cleaned every 4 days.
Is it possible to share a bed with child?
There are no rules on the fees for children.
There is no extra charge if you share a bed with your child.
However, amenities such as toothbrush and towels are only provided for the regular personnel. If you reserve an accommodation plan that comes with meals, your child’s portion is not included.
Please take note that only children of age 0 – 5 years old can share beds.
Number of children allowed to share a bed and age?
Bed-sharing is only allowed for one child per bed. Children who can share bed should be 0 – 5 years old.
Accommodation fee for children?
Children after entering primary school will be charged the same price as adults.
Can I borrow a bed guard?
Unfortunately, we do not provide it.
Do you provide baby bed?
Unfortunately, we do not provide it.
Do you provide breakfast?
Breakfast is provided at 1,728 yen (tax inclusive). You can get discount breakfast coupon at the front desk one day in advance at 1,200 yen (tax inclusive)

・Banquet Hall, 2nd Floor of Akane (ex-Annex Building) (Japanese and Western-style buffet)

Are there restaurants in the hotel? What is the open time for them?
Yes. There are 2 restaurants in Akane (ex-Annex Building) and 1 restaurant in Main Building. Please refer to the restaurant page for details.
Are there non-smoking seats (smoking seats) in the restaurants?
All the seats in the restaurant are non-smoking. There is smoking area on the 1st floor of Main Building and 2nd floor of Akane (ex-Annex Building).
What is the nearest station? How long does it take from there to the hotel?

What is the nearest exit of highway?
Approximately 5-minute drive from Inner Circular Route (Shuto Expressway) Ginza Exit, Shintomicho Exit or Kyobashi Exit.
Please tell me about the parking.
Our multi-storey car park opens all year round. Parking lots are available on a first come, first served basis. No reservation is accepted.
Please take note that in the case of full parking or the size of the car does not fit the standard size of the parking lot, you will not be able to use our car park.
In that case, we will introduce you the car park nearby. We do not provide any discount coupons for the car park nearby.
Please pay directly to the car park you use. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

[Requirement for cars]
As it is a multi-storey car park, there are limitations on size of cars which can be parked. Please make sure to check the size of your car.
Acceptable size for cars is - length below 5m05cm, width below 1m85cm (external dimension of tyre below 1m77.5cm), height below 1m70cm.
※Cars with wing mirrors are not allowed.
※We do not accept cars that are too tall such as mini vans and one box car.
Is there bicycle parking?
Sorry, there is not.
Are there buses to the airport?
Sorry, there are not.
Are there vending machines?
Yes. There is a vending machine corner on the 2nd floor of Main Building and the 4th floor of Akane (ex-Annex Building). Please feel free to use them.
Is coin laundry available?
There is coin laundry in both Main Building and Akane (ex-Annex Building) for guests. (Washing Machine: 200 yen. Dryer: 100 yen. Laundry Detergent: 50 yen/one wash.)
Is there laundry service?
Yes. It is available upon request at the front desk. Please fill in the laundry order form, put your laundry in the laundry bag available in the room and pass them to the front desk.
You will get your laundry back within the day if it is passed to the front desk by 9:00am.
This service is not available on Sundays and public holidays. (This is not a free service.)
What are the items that can be borrowed?
Iron, humidifier, trouser press, low-resistance foam pillow, cell phone charger and wheelchair can be borrowed from the front desk for free. Please take note that there is a limited number of the items.
Can I borrow a wheelchair?
Yes, you can borrow a wheelchair for free. The wheelchair can only be used inside the hotel. Please take note that we do not accept reservations for wheelchairs.
Regarding the facilities for disabled people.
Besides the ramp at the entrance, we also provide universal designed room and ostomate toilets.
Please tell me about the sightseeing spots nearby.
There are Tsukiji Outer Market and Ginza department store street. We also provide bus tour for sightseeing around Tokyo. Please contact us for further details.
Can I get medicines from hotel?
Unfortunately, we do not provide any medicines. The front desk can introduce you the drug store nearby.
Are there doctors or nurses in the hotel?
No, there is no doctors or nurses in the hotel. Please inform the front desk about your syndromes and they will introduce you the hospitals accordingly.
Are there ATMs nearby?
Yes, there are ATM of Lawson, Seven-Eleven, Mizuho Bank and Mitsubishi UFJ Bank.
Can you book a taxi for me?
Yes, the front desk can help you book a taxi. However, please take note that you must pay a surcharge of 410 yen (if the reservation is made more than 30 minutes before, there is an additional booking fee of 410 yen, total 820 yen) to the taxi driver when you get off.
Can I get my money exchanged?
We do not provide this service at the front desk, but we can show you the currency exchange counters nearby.
